Celebrating 22 Years of Community Support        

The Gala at The Riverhouse is Central Oregon's most elegant fundraising event, and we are proud to be celebrating our 22nd anniversary of giving back to the community.

 The Gala began as, and continues to be, the tourism industry’s way of giving back to our local community through a concerted effort to raise funds for local non-profits.

The selected beneficiary changes each year in order to focus on one worthy cause, yet has greatly impacted a wide range of organizations over time. Since it began, this annual event has raised over $2 million for a variety of local non-profit organizations.

Past beneficiaries include:

• Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Oregon
• Grandma's House
• Sparrow Clubs USA
• KIDS Center
• Ronald McDonald House
• The Every Kid Fund
• Deschutes Children’s Foundation
• Tower Theater
• Cascade Youth & Family Center
• Habitat For Humanity
• Volunteers in Medicine

The Gala evening includes a delectable, elegant five course meal, one-of-a-kind silent auction, and special presentation from a featured guest speaker. With The Riverhouse graciously donating all the food and beverages, facility, labor, and production along with help from the Central Oregon Visitor's Association and the visitor industry, 100% of ticket sales directly benefit this years selected charity: Bend La-Pine Schools Education Foundation.
