ROOMS FACING THE RIVER ARE $10 ADDITIONAL

Room rates are subject to transient room tax. Rooms facing the river and roll-a-way beds are an additional $10. Rooms without deposits or credit cards are held until 6pm day of arrival. Deposits will not be refunded and credit cards will be charged one night's lodging if reservation is not cancelled 48 hours in advance. Different rates apply during holiday periods, during peak seasons, June 1-October 1 & December 17-January 2 as well as minimum stay requirements.
