Currents has been a staple of Bend, Oregon for over 50 years in various ways. After reflecting on where we’ve been, we invite you to share in our vision of the future for Currents and where our Chefs are guiding us next. Join us to celebrate the close of our Dining Through The Decades dinner series and partner with Deschutes Brewery, where you will enjoy the culinary wonders of fermentation and chef experimentation.
We are proud to partner with KIDS Center of Bend to support their mission of improving services and outcomes for children and families impacted by abuse. KIDS Center is a nationally-accredited Children’s Advocacy Center (CAC) and the only CAC operating in Central Oregon. 10% of each ticket sale will be contributed to KIDS Center.

1st course
Assorted cheeses, pickled mustard seed, fermented cucumbers, quince jam, sourdough bread
2nd course
Harvest Greens, pickled blueberries, roasted squash, goat cheese, pickled apple, dried cherries, candied hazelnuts, apple cider kombucha vinaigrette
3rd course
Olympia Provisions Sausages, sauerkraut, fermented peppers and onions, pear mustard, pretzel
4th course
Rheinland style braised beef, pan drippings, mustard seed spaetzle, fried onions
5th course
Apple Pear Cake, Juniper cream cheese, Gewurztraminer vanilla bean poached pears and grapes
