Nostalgia influenced culinary trends in the 1990s, leading to a resurgence of retro dishes from the 1950s and 1960s. Comfort foods experienced a revival, often with modern twists and gourmet ingredients. King Estate Winery will pair wine to each course to enhance your experience.
We are proud to partner with KIDS Center of Bend to support their mission of improving services and outcomes for children and families impacted by abuse. KIDS Center is a nationally-accredited Children’s Advocacy Center (CAC) and the only CAC operating in Central Oregon. 10% of each ticket sale will be contributed to KIDS Center.

Oysters Rockefeller du Pernod with creamed spinach, crispy bacon and cream
2nd course
Ceasar Salad, boquerones, cured egg yolk, focaccia crouton, aged parmesan, lemon

Roasted Japanese Eggplant stuffed with ratatouille tomato jam, pickled mushrooms, finished with aged balsamic

Lamb Lollipops with pickled mustard jus, figs, sunchoke, tarragon Salsa Verde

Cosmopolitan Crème Brûlée Trio with cranberry, lime, and orange
