2000's: Farm to Table Revival

The 2000s reflected a dynamic period of experimentation, innovation, and evolving consumer preferences in the food and beverage industry. Increased awareness about sustainable agriculture led to a surge in the farm-to-table movement. Chefs and restaurants began sourcing ingredients locally, emphasizing freshness, seasonality, and supporting local farmers. Join us for an Organic Farm to Table dinner featuring Rain Shadow Organic Farms, with wine pairings from Browne Family Vineyards.

We are proud to partner with KIDS Center of Bend to support their mission of improving services and outcomes for children and families impacted by abuse. KIDS Center is a nationally-accredited Children’s Advocacy Center (CAC) and the only CAC operating in Central Oregon. 10% of each ticket sale will be contributed to KIDS Center.

Tribal Caught Salmon with corn and pepper succotash, tarragon chimichurri

Strawberry and Wine Poached Apple with vanilla pears shortcake and tarragon crème fraîche
