Is there a room Deposit?
Yes. A one-night room and tax deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance, including the 19% Destination Fee (effective January 16, 2026), will be charged within 48 hours of arrival.
At check-in, your card will be authorized for incidentals and any remaining balance.
Debit cards are accepted; however, please note that authorization releases may take up to 10 business days. For faster release of funds, we recommend using a credit card. Personal checks are not accepted.

Are there any in-room safes?
No, there are no in-room safes, and safety deposit boxes are available at the front desk.

What are the pools hours of operation?
8:00 am – 10:00 pm
Outdoor operates seasonally. Indoor pool is open year-round. -
Can children play at the pool table?
Yes from 8:00 am – 1:00 pm.

Yes, with a $40 + tax per dog nightly Dog Fee effective April 1, 2024.

The Riverhouse Convention Center is located adjacent to the Riverhouse Hotel across Mt. Washington Drive. We have convenient paved walking paths from the Riverhouse Hotel that lead directly to the convention center.
