Riverhouse Lodge is proud to partner with the Deschutes Trails Coalition through the $1 for Trails program helping preserve and improve the trails that make Bend, Oregon such a special place to explore.
What is the $1 for Trails Program?
At Riverhouse Lodge, adventure begins just outside our doors. From hiking and biking to riverside walks and mountain adventures, Central Oregon’s trail systems are part of what makes this destination unforgettable.
To help protect these outdoor spaces for future visitors and local communities, Riverhouse Lodge participates in the $1 for Trails program in partnership with the Deschutes Trails Coalition.
A $1 contribution per guest stay is added to reservations and directly supports trail stewardship efforts across Central Oregon.
Funds help support:
- Trail maintenance and restoration
- Sustainability and conservation efforts
- Trail signage and accessibility improvements
- Stewardship programs and volunteer initiatives
- Professional trail crews working throughout the region
The coalition works with more than 30 organizations and agencies to help sustain and improve Central Oregon’s trail systems.
